Most people are familiar with Chinese medicine through acupuncture and the use of needles. Qigong is a pillar to Chinese Medicine and is compared to acupuncture without the needles. My qigong training helps me offer a qigong movement practice for self healing as well as one on one healing sessions with people.
People can choose to take a class, have a treatment or combine both techniques together. I love being with people and sharing in a group.

During one on one treatments , a safe, non-invasive method is used to help balance the mind, body, heart, and spirit. Energy is balanced within the meridians in the body which allows the energy to move freely. People are supported to move towards wholeness.
During Qigong movement sessions, support the qi (energy) in your body to move freely. It is a gentle, simple yet powerful practice that encourages self-healing. The practice consists of movement, breath, sound, and visualization.
