Most people are familiar with Chinese medicine through acupuncture and the use of needles. Qigong is a pillar to Chinese Medicine and is compared to acupuncture without the needles. My qigong training helps me offer a qigong movement practice  for self healing as well as one on one healing sessions with people.

People can choose to take a class, have a treatment or combine both techniques together.  I love being with people and sharing in a group.

I invite you to experience the healing and benefit of weekly qigong classes with a beautiful community.  You can also experience a nurturing, healing one on one session.

One-on-One sessions

A one-on-one Qigong session offers a quiet, supportive space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and bring greater balance to the mind, body, heart, and spirit.

Using gentle, non-invasive energy balancing techniques rooted in Qigong and traditional Chinese medicine, I work with you to support the flow and balance of energy within the body’s meridian system. Sessions are individualized and may include a combination of stillness, breath, visualization, sound, and gentle energy work.

You remain fully clothed and comfortably resting throughout the session. There is no need to perform physical movements or have any previous experience with Qigong.

Each person comes with their own experiences, needs, and intentions. Together, we create space to listen to what your body may be communicating and to support your own natural capacity for balance and well-being.

People often describe sessions as deeply relaxing and restorative. My intention is to provide a nurturing space where you can let go, reconnect with yourself, and move toward a greater sense of wholeness.

No previous experience with Qigong is necessary.

Qigong Movement Class

Qigong is a gentle, accessible practice that supports the free flow of qi, or energy, throughout the body. Through simple yet powerful movements, Qigong encourages relaxation, balance, and a deeper connection with your body.

The practice combines gentle movement, breath, sound, and visualization. Together, these elements offer a way to slow down, become more present, and support the body’s natural capacity for balance and well-being.

Qigong can be practiced by people of all ages and fitness levels, and no previous experience is necessary. You can practice at your own pace, listening to your body and allowing the movements to become a natural part of your daily life.

With regular practice, Qigong can become a valuable tool for cultivating greater calm, awareness, vitality, and connection.
