A treatment is the re-establishment of the full flow of life-force energy in ALL the meridians. This begins the process of restoring your body/being to the functionality required to activate the innate, natural healing processes, re-establishes balance throughout the systems, and begins the process of the restoration of health.
In the early stages of treatment, the body/being will only be able to sustain the full flow of life force energy temporarily, soon falling back into old, established patterns. With regular treatments however, the life force energy begins to ‘remember’ this ideal, healthy state, resumes and finally maintains this natural pattern of flow, and the patient returns to wellness.
The healing sessions combine the wisdom of Traditonal Ways of Medicine People, Five Element Medicine Path approach and Spring Forest Qigong healing methods(which are also based in Five Element theory).
Traditionally, Five Element Healing was used as preventive health care. For normal healthy people, seasonal treatments can help keep their physical systems tuned, their emotions balanced, their mental health in check, and their spirits happy and at peace.

Qigong (also spelled as “Chi Gong”, “Chi Kong”, or “Qi Gong”) is an ancient Chinese scientific study of the power of Qi in the body and the universe, and of how to use this power to benefit all aspects of life. "Qi" is a form of intelligence and a form of life force. For example, Chinese people call the energy in a person’s body “Qi.” “Gong” means “the work of” or “the practice of.” Thus, Qigong is the practice of working with the energy in our bodies to create balance.

FIVE ELEMENT MEDICINE PATH approach is a form of Classical Chinese Medicine. Through keen observation, ancient sages were able to understand the reflection of nature within the human mind, body and spirit. The foundation of the FIVE ELEMENT MEDICINE PATH approach is the meridian system which holds our animating life force, commonly referred to as Qi (Chi). Each meridian has a unique function reflecting how we relate to and express our outer and inner worlds. The flow and function of the Qi within these meridians affects our organs, mental clarity, and connection to our spirits. The flow of Qi can become blocked or compromised leading to dysfunction and disease.
While many forms of medicine focus on the treatment of symptoms and disease, in FIVE ELEMENT MEDICINE PATH approach, the focus is instead on the root cause. Whether symptoms are physical, mental or spiritual in nature, they are an indicator or warning signal that a meridian is in distress. While it can be helpful to understand these symptoms, the practitioners awareness is always with the root cause.
By treating the root cause, the practitioner is able to restore full Qi flow to every meridian each session. The client may unable to 'hold' this full flow of Qi in the early stages of treatment. It may last a few weeks or a few days depending on multiple factors, including the severity of dysfunction they are presenting with. Old patterns of dysfunction will likely surface between sessions. However, over time and with regular treatments, the meridians will being to 'remember' their true nature and begin to maintain wellness and harmony. Once this state of function has been restored, the client may only require seasonal treatments, or only when extra support is required.
The FIVE ELEMENT MEDICINE PATH is a unique approach to the Natural Healing Arts. Developed by Jaki Daniels, whose practice is rooted in both the traditional ways of Indigenous medicine people and the science of Classical Chinese Medicine, it offers a truly holistic and functional approach to health and wellness.
Patients receive a series of regularly scheduled hands-on treatments which specifically influence the innate healing capacities and animating life-force within them, serving to re-establish the intelligence of function that is the hallmark of a healthy person. Length of treatment time varies and is dependent upon the severity of the initial illness, the willingness of the patient to be alert to the subtle forces of internal change, their commitment to embracing health, and their daily support of the healing work through appropriate food choices and lifestyle practices.
